Head of Product

<p><span>We're looking for a <strong>Head of Product</strong> to lead our <strong>Core Product area</strong>. This team owns the backbone of Scoro's platform: estimation, resourcing, time tracking, and invoicing.</span></p><p><span>In this role, you'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for these foundational product areas. You'll mentor Product Managers, collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product marketing, and partner with leadership to shape how Scoro evolves. You'll report directly to the CEO, playing a key role in driving the product direction of the company.</span></p><p><span>We're looking for someone with <strong>SaaS product leadership experience</strong> who thrives in complexity and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.</span></p><p><span>Experience working in a professional services environment (agency, for our Core Product areas.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead and mentor Product Managers, supporting them in discovery, decision-making, prioritization, and delivery.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure strong alignment between product vision, company goals, and customer needs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive structured discovery processes, identify product opportunities, and evaluate impact and feasibility.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions at pace.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with product marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and clear value communication.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use data, feedback, and market understanding to continuously refine and improve our core workflows.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be a key contributor in product leadership discussions and help evolve how we
