The role We are looking for a Software Development or Systems Engineer with practical experience in the IEC 62443 standard. We expect the person to have experience in IT/OT systems. A suitable candidate should have the ability to understand the client's business, products, and related cybersecurity needs and consult clients and support development teams. Your work will be focused on the following: Advising and consulting clients in the field of Device security and compliance with IEC 62443 and other related standards and the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). Component/system cybersecurity risk assessment. Threat modelling & secure architecture review. Embedded Software Development to meet IEC62443-4-2 compliance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: translate complex regulatory and engineering language into actionable tasks/goals and brief the executive team on compliance risks. Qualifications You'll Excel in This Role If You Have: Experience working with a cybersecurity standard or framework like: (NIS2, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, IEC 62443 series, ISO/IEC 27001 & 27002). Technical Literacy: a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how hardware/software vulnerabilities are exploited. Excellent spoken and written English (with the ability to explain "the why" behind compliance to technical and business stakeholders who have limited know-how of cybersecurity. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Additional information Nice to have skills: Understanding vulnerability management, EU CRA regulation, SBOM management. Vulnerability scanning solutions. Previous experience with C/C++ Radio Equipment Directive (RED). Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how hardware/software vulnerabilities are exploited. Estonian language.

The role We're looking for a Delivery Lead who combines architect-level technical expertise, team leadership experience, and strong client-facing skills. You'll be responsible for ensuring successful delivery across projects in the Business Unit- from technical pre-sales to solution design and execution. You'll work closely with engineering teams, shaping solutions, guiding implementations, and building trusted relationships that support long-term success. Your work will be focused on the following: Lead architecture, planning, and execution across multiple projects within the Business Unit scope. Be the technical voice in customer meetings- support sales, validate needs, and translate them into viable solution approaches. Guide and mentor delivery teams, removing blockers and keeping focus on delivery. Create people's development plans, knowing the technology trends, needs and creating individual plans for people according to the technologies and competencies needed in the Unit. Ensure engineering quality, architectural soundness, and scalability of delivered solutions. Oversee project health across the lifecycle- onboarding, execution, and ramp-down. Align delivery practices with business goals- balancing speed, quality, and maintainability. Drive continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and engineering best practices. Qualifications You'll Excel in This Role If You: Have a solid technical foundation and hands-on experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Engineer. Have led small team(s) and have leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to inspire engineers and help them grow professionally. Can confidently participate in technical pre-sales, solution planning, and client communication. Understands both technical detail and business context, and can act as a bridge between the two. Have great collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders. Have strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks. Show initiative, learn continuously, be curious and care about delivering impactful results. Have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field. Excellent spoken and written English. The Estonian language is a plus.
