As our Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping that everyday experience.</span></p><p><span>You’ll take ownership of our<strong> Tallinn office</strong> of 90 people and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll help create a positive atmosphere, support team events and celebrations, and make sure people feel good coming into the office. From facilities and supplies to vendors, maintenance, and workplace safety, you’ll keep the environment well-organized and ready for work.</span></p><p><span>You will be <strong>part of the People Operations team</strong>, working closely with colleagues across the business to support a great employee experience.</span></p><p><span>This role is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, solution-oriented, and enjoys working closely with people in a lively office environment. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.</span></p><figure data-alignment="left" class="relative" style="width:fit-content;margin-left:0px;margin-right:auto;"><img src="https://images.teamtailor-cdn.com/images/s3/teamtailor-production/original-v3/image_uploads/e7a4273d-7702-40f7-88d9-26131bae5862/original.jpeg" alt="" title="" data-alignment="left"></figure><hr><p>&nbsp;<span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-d6ec65eb-7fff-823e-cb6f-183a3e58164a">What you’ll do</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Create a welcoming and positive office experience for Scoro’s employees and guests in our Tallinn office.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide administrative and workplace support to our Riga office and remote teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Keep our office running smoothly by overseeing facilities, supplies, maintenance, cleanliness, and relationships with service providers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Plan and coordinate memorable team events, celebrations, and office activities that strengthen our culture.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be the first point of contact for office-related questions, visitors, deliveries, and general external communication.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate business travel, including flights, accommodation, and other travel arrangements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure a safe, healthy, and well-organized work environment by managing workplace health &amp; safety responsibilities and related documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead and improve office environment and workplace experience initiatives, continuously looking for ways to make Scoro an even better place to work.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support day-to-day administrative processes and jump in wherever an extra pair of hands is needed.</span></p></li></ul><hr><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-20f91f3d-7fff-e849-1495-59d157ae60c4">What we’re looking for</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Previous experience in office management, workplace experience, operations, or project coordination.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A passion for creating a great employee experience and a positive office environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things running smoothly.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A warm, outgoing, and positive personality. You enjoy connecting with people and creating an environment where everyone feels included.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A proactive, hands-on attitude.
