AI Agent Specialist

<p><span>We're looking for an <strong>AI Agent Specialist</strong> to help shape how AI agents solve real business problems inside Scoro.</span></p><p><span>You'll be responsible for <strong>designing, prompting, evaluating, and continuously improving the AI agents </strong>that help agencies, consultancies, and IT firms manage their projects, resources, and finances.</span></p><p><span>Working closely with Product Managers and engineers, you'll <strong>translate business problems into effective agent-driven solutions</strong>.</span></p><p><span>You'll be the <strong>critical link between the engineering team</strong>, who build the underlying MCP tools and infrastructure, and the <strong>business outcomes our agents are expected to achieve</strong>. Your role is to ensure that every agent delivers measurable customer value while remaining reliable, cost-efficient, and scalable.</span></p><p><span>We care more about <strong>curiosity, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn</strong> than years of experience. AI is evolving rapidly, and success here comes from being genuinely excited about the space, experimenting constantly, and relentlessly focusing on better outcomes for customers.</span></p><p><span>This role is open to<strong> candidates based in Estonia</strong>, and we would like you to have the possibility to come to the office a few days per week.</span></p><p><span>👉</span><a target="_blank" href="https://www.scoro.com/blog/behind-the-product-meet-rait-tuulas"><span>Read a blog post with Rait Tuulas</span></a><span>, our Head of Product (AI) and hiring manager for this role.</span></p><figure data-alignment="left" class="relative" style="width:fit-content;margin-left:0px;margin-right:auto;"><img src="https://images.teamtailor-cdn.com/images/s3/teamtailor-production/original-v3/image_uploads/864c8430-09b3-4e3f-959a-f6e28987bee5/original.jpeg" alt="" title="" data-alignment="left"></figure><hr><p><span><strong>What you’ll do</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>Design agents that solve real business problems:</strong> work with Product Managers and domain experts to spot where an agent genuinely helps, and judge when a problem calls for an LLM's probabilistic reasoning versus deterministic code.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Create new agents:</strong> prompt new agents to cover more of the PSA (professional service automation) workflow, defining their behaviour, scope, and their fit within the wider system.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Create and maintain prompting standards:</strong> ensure consistency, quality, and maintainability across all agents in the product.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Optimise prompts for business outcomes:</strong> continuously refine and improve prompts to make agents more reliable, accurate, efficient, and cost-effective.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Monitor agent performance: </strong>analyse agent execution traces to detect failure patterns and spot opportunities for improvement.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Test MCP tools and drive improvements: </strong>validate tools are fit for purpose and raise clear actionable tasks for engineers where you find gaps.</span></p></li></ul><hr><p><span><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Strong interest in <strong id="docs-internal-guid-eb7c3581-7fff-2066-6809-4f533820cb10">AI, LLMs, and agent systems.</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with<strong> prompt engineering</strong> and understanding how prompting impacts agent behaviour and outcomes.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Product thinking</strong> and ability to <strong>connect technical decisions with business outcomes</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent<strong> problem-solving skills </strong>and a solution-oriented mindset.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Ability to work proactively</strong> in an environment with significant ambiguity and rapid change</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good <strong>communication skills in English</strong>, able to align technical and non-technical stakeholders</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Success in this role:</strong> Building agents that solve meaningful customer problems, operate reliably at scale, and deliver measurable business value.
