Methodology
Numbers are computed at request time from current listings on hire.ee. The median is the midpoint of (salary_min + salary_max) / 2 across all monthly-paid listings whose employer publishes a range. Regions are bucketed by the first comma-separated token of the location field; buckets with fewer than three priced listings are excluded as too noisy to publish.
We don't yet store historical snapshots, so YoY isn't shown. The real signal here is the live distribution and the share of listings that disclose pay at all.
