What we use
hire.ee uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-JQPH8814DZ) to understand how visitors move through the site — which job listings get traffic, which categories are most searched, where loading is slow. IP addresses are anonymised before they reach Google. We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or any third-party analytics beyond Google Analytics.
First-party storage
A few small pieces of data live in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your preferences:
theme— light / dark / system.hire_ee_cookie_consent— that you've seen this banner.
Third-party cookies
Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_JQPH8814DZ cookies on .hire.ee. They expire after two years and are used solely for aggregate, anonymised reporting in our Google Analytics property.
Opting out
You can install Google's opt-out browser add-on, block googletagmanager.com at the network or browser level, or use private-browsing mode. Doing so doesn't affect any feature on hire.ee.
