Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics for training programs, ensuring seamless execution from planning through completion
- Schedule training sessions and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Manage training materials, resources, and documentation
- Maintain and update the training calendar
- Prepare and distribute training materials in advance of sessions
- Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS)
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to evaluate training effectiveness
- Track participation, attendance, and completion rates
- Identify opportunities to improve training programs, processes, and overall participant experience
