We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the design of new products within Bolt's New Bets team. This is a 0-to-1 role across multiple early-stage bets — from premium mobility to restaurant discovery to financial services — which means real ownership, real ambiguity, and real impact. New Bets operates like a collection of autonomous startups inside Bolt. There is no playbook, no established design system, and no clear roadmap handed to you. You will define the experience from scratch, move fast, and be central to what gets built. If you thrive in early-stage environments and want to build something from the ground up, this role is for you.
