About the role
As a Growth Analytics Manager in the Delivery team, you will lead a small team of Growth Analysts while owning incentive spending strategy for Eater and Merchant campaigns across your markets. You'll drive marketplace success by combining hands-on analytics with strong leadership, ensuring smart, data-backed decisions that maximise ROI and achieve higher growth at a lower cost. You will work closely with General Managers, Account Management, Operations, and local teams to turn insights into action. This role requires sharp business sense, strong analytical thinking, the ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous environments, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.
