Be responsible for platform operations by:

  • Owning monitoring and alerting, incident and problem management, post-mortems, and corrective-action tracking for the Central AI Platform.
  • Hands on management when incidents arise, and building a culture of safe and compliant AI operations in the AI team and across Playtech.
  • Defining and implementing the processes that enable other Playtech teams to adopt the AI platform safely and at scale, while maximising self-service and innovation.
  • Working closely with Security, Privacy, Service Ops, and business-unit teams to define and implement shared processes.

Be accountable for governance, audit & compliance by

  • Owning audit documentation, process execution, and evidence management across relevant frameworks, including ISO 27001, Financial ITGCs, and emerging AI standards such as ISO 42001 and the EU AI Act.
  • Driving governance and compliance practices that keep the team and platform operating to the highest standards.

Drive AI-first ways of working by:

  • Championing AI-first ways of working within the team: wherever possible, automate delivery, operations, and audit workflows using the AI tools and platform you help govern.
  • Helping set the standard for AI adoption across Playtech by proving and refining capabilities internally before rolling them out to other business units.

Have the opportunity to take on people leadership responsibilities by:

  • managing members of the Central AI team, depending on your experience and interests.
