Our Site Reliability teams solve a broad range of challenges, from keeping the infrastructure behind Bolt’s backend services reliable to continuously improving how we operate at scale. The Site Reliability Cloud team is responsible for the reliability, availability, scalability, and efficient operation of Bolt’s cloud infrastructure and services. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will help design, automate, and operate our infrastructure across GCP and AWS. You will apply cloud governance and reliability best practices, participate in an on-call rotation, and collaborate with engineering teams to keep our cloud services secure, resilient, observable, and efficient. You will occasionally encounter complex operational challenges without obvious solutions, so curiosity, sound judgement, and creative problem-solving are essential.

Product Manager, Payments

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to bring customer delight, great conversion, and quick expansion capability to our Payments team. You’ll be in charge of discovery and delivery in the Bolt marketplace ecosystem end-to-end, contributing to its vision, strategy, and execution. You’ll also keep an eye on the budget and KPIs to make sure we’re hitting our financial and operational goals. In this role, you’ll be building a roadmap that keeps our teams and partners aligned. You'll be part of a team of Analysts, Ops specialists, and Engineers, working closely with teams across all Bolt business lines, plus Tax, Legal, and other departments to drive success for the Payments platform.

Senior Product Manager, Growth Automation

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the roadmap for growth automation across both the Rides and Delivery verticals, working with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and growth analysts. You will analyse how incentive campaigns are run across markets to identify opportunities, design automation and tooling that is scalable, reliable, and easy to use, and ship the features that enable fast, efficient execution at scale. You will contribute to the broader group strategy and define measurable success metrics, including P&L-level business impact through automation and improved execution efficiency. You will serve as the internal expert on growth automation and campaign tooling, regularly presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership. You will also oversee the delivery of cross-functional initiatives, taking responsibility for implementation and identifying areas for improvement across the business.
