Product Operations Specialist , Partner Payments

We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our Partner Payments team within Commerce. In this role, you'll make sure payments owed to Bolt are correctly received and accounted for. You'll investigate payment discrepancies, resolve funds that have been allocated to the wrong client or partner account, and identify the root cause of payment issues, whether that's a missing client payment, an outstanding partner debt, or a payment-matching logic issue in a specific market. You'll work with payment logs and transactional data on a daily basis, collaborating closely with local teams, partners, and clients to resolve issues quickly and ensure our payment operations run smoothly.

Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, Riders

As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, for the Riders team you will be working closely with our Marketing, Expansion, PR and Product Teams and helping to expand lifecycle strategy by implementing email, in-app and push messaging campaigns to engage with our users. This role is a good fit for someone with strong communication skills, analytical mindset and who has worked with lifecycle communications.
