With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.</p> <p>We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven <strong>Partner Sales Manager </strong>to join our Vilnius office.</p> <p>In this role, you will play a key role in managing existing relationships and driving sales growth in the Vilnius region. Each day, you’ll connect with our partners face-to-face, build trust, and ensure they feel supported and valued. As we continue to scale nationwide, we're investing in finance systems, automation, and controls that enable a best-in-class accounting organization capable of supporting rapid growth.</p> <p>We're looking for an experienced Assistant Controller who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex accounting challenges, and wants to help build scalable financial processes from the ground up.</p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>The Assistant Controller serves as the Controller's primary business partner and is responsible for overseeing the monthly close process, technical accounting, financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls.
