We're looking for a SEM Analyst to join our Berlin or London office. In this role, you'll be the analytical backbone of Pipedrive's SEM team - building the data foundation that powers faster, smarter paid search decisions at global scale. You'll be joining a strong martech environment where our Marketing Analytics team has already built a solid data foundation. Your job isn't to start from scratch; it's to extend and deepen what exists, bringing SEM-specific channel expertise that takes our data capability to the next level. Critically, the infrastructure you build will be what unlocks AI-powered analysis and automation for the entire SEM function - enabling the team to query data, surface insights and act on signals at a speed and scale that wasn't previously possible. If you enjoy digging into data, uncovering the story behind performance and turning complex datasets into clear actions, we'd love to meet you. We welcome applications from data or marketing analysts with paid search exposure, as well as SEM specialists who are passionate about moving toward a more analytical and technical track.

You’ll define and execute an AI-first design strategy that seamlessly connects user experience with core growth metrics, ensuring continuous optimization across acquisition, activation, and retention. Operating at the intersection of design, data, and product, you will translate behavioral insights into scalable solutions, establish rigorous testing frameworks, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to accelerate conversion and revenue outcomes through disciplined, data-driven execution.
