<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Partner Support Specialist</strong> to join our Estonian Sales team in Tallinn. In this role, you’ll support our Partner Sales Managers in their day-to-day work, work closely with merchant partners, and help maintain smooth cooperation across sales processes. You’ll also keep our systems accurate and up to date, providing a seamless experience for our partners.</p>

<p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Providing a high-quality support experience to our merchant partners and sales team.</li>
<li>Onboarding new partners by setting up profiles, users, products, and payment options in our systems.</li>
<li>Preparing monthly sales reports and supporting partner bonus and invoice-related processes.</li>
<li>Preparing and drafting cooperation agreements and other partner documentation.</li>
<li>Supporting partners with product and process-related questions and providing training when needed.</li>
<li>Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and ensuring accurate product and process information is shared.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What will help you succeed in this role:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1-2 years of relevant previous experience in a similar role (e.g. Sales Support Specialist/Assistant, Insurance Assistant, or related position).</li>
<li>Interest in sales processes and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle several tasks and priorities at once.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and confidence in reaching out to partners and colleagues.</li>
<li>Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills in written and spoken Estonian & English.</li>
