This is a role for someone who has mastered the fundamentals and is ready to take ownership of features, tackle complex user flows, and evolve alongside a world-class product.</p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with product managers and engineers to take features from initial sketches to polished, high-fidelity handoffs.</p></li><li><p>Translate business requirements and technical constraints into intuitive user experiences that simplify the complexities of verification.</p></li><li><p>Deliver high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. You’ll refine these artifacts through iterative feedback during agile sprints.</p></li><li><p>Use qualitative feedback and data to understand user pain points, ensuring our customers’ voices are heard during every design phase.</p></li><li><p>Work daily with our established design system, contributing to its growth and ensuring consistency across our web and mobile platforms.</p></li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li><p>3+ years as a Product or UI/UX Designer, ideally within SaaS or fast-growing startups. (Experience in Fintech or Regtech is a major plus!)</p></li><li><p>A strong showcase of shipped work that demonstrates your ability to solve real-world problems through clean interaction design.</p></li><li><p>Strong English skills (written and spoken). You are comfortable explaining the "why" behind your design decisions to stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of how designs translate to code. You should be comfortable working with (and improving) design systems.</p></li><li><p>You have a meticulous eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn from a senior team.</p></li></ul><p><strong>About the Team and Processes:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Work with smart and dedicated people</strong> - Team leader is not just a word for us, but your trusted partner. This means that every component in it is synchronised with the development team and implemented on their side.
