The role

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Take responsibility for the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance.
  • Participate in evaluating candidates’ competencies.
  • Actively source candidates to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with business teams, local People & Culture teams, and the Global People & Culture Advisory Partners team to ensure alignment on hiring needs.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging within our company.
  • Support employer branding, learning & development, and DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local talent acquisition policies.

GLOBAL TALENT ACQUISITION TEAM 

The team of experts belongs to the Center of Excellence (CoE) in the Playtech Group. CoE is a group of global sub-functions within the Global People & Culture Unit that uses the best practices to develop and support critical capabilities that align with organizational priorities.

The Global Talent Acquisition Team: Works across different countries, cultures, and markets to provide partnerships to the business and ensure a best-in-class, consistent full-cycle recruitment process. The diverse team features more than ten members located worldwide.

Your Team: This role sits within the Gaming & Customer Experience team, a dedicated sub-team of the Global TA function focused on hiring across gaming products and customer-facing functions, including product, design, analytics, CRM, and customer experience within gaming verticals.

Playtech's infrastructure unit is looking for a proactive Regulations Support Project Manager with great communication skills. Please note that this is a temporary position (Parental Leave Cover). The role Your influential mission. You will... Lead and coordinate regulatory projects and requests in the Infrastructure Business Unit. Interpret audit controls to understand what is requested, gather the needed evidence from technical teams & defend it in audit session calls. Be the representative contact point for all internal & external technical audits (both written and verbal) for the Playtech Infrastructure. Create and maintain an information knowledge base in the Infrastructure unit to support the business. Communicate inside the Infrastructure unit, the Compliance, Security, and product delivery teams of Playtech to ensure a smooth information flow. Participate in the creation of infrastructure-related documentation and policies. Qualifications Components for success. You... We use our analytical skills to understand audit controls, communication skills to gather and present the needed evidence, and our trait for attention to detail to map it all to our knowledge base.
