Playtech's infrastructure unit is looking for a proactive Regulations Support Project Manager with great communication skills. Please note that this is a temporary position (Parental Leave Cover). The role Your influential mission. You will... Lead and coordinate regulatory projects and requests in the Infrastructure Business Unit. Interpret audit controls to understand what is requested, gather the needed evidence from technical teams & defend it in audit session calls. Be the representative contact point for all internal & external technical audits (both written and verbal) for the Playtech Infrastructure. Create and maintain an information knowledge base in the Infrastructure unit to support the business. Communicate inside the Infrastructure unit, the Compliance, Security, and product delivery teams of Playtech to ensure a smooth information flow. Participate in the creation of infrastructure-related documentation and policies. Qualifications Components for success. You... Product Operations Specialist , Partner Payments

Bolt

We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our Partner Payments team within Commerce. In this role, you'll make sure payments owed to Bolt are correctly received and accounted for. You'll investigate payment discrepancies, resolve funds that have been allocated to the wrong client or partner account, and identify the root cause of payment issues, whether that's a missing client payment, an outstanding partner debt, or a payment-matching logic issue in a specific market. You'll work with payment logs and transactional data on a daily basis, collaborating closely with local teams, partners, and clients to resolve issues quickly and ensure our payment operations run smoothly.
