Product Operations Specialist , Partner Payments

We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our Partner Payments team within Commerce. In this role, you'll make sure payments owed to Bolt are correctly received and accounted for. You'll investigate payment discrepancies, resolve funds that have been allocated to the wrong client or partner account, and identify the root cause of payment issues, whether that's a missing client payment, an outstanding partner debt, or a payment-matching logic issue in a specific market. You'll work with payment logs and transactional data on a daily basis, collaborating closely with local teams, partners, and clients to resolve issues quickly and ensure our payment operations run smoothly.

Business Operations Coordinator

The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks that keep suppliers, products, and orders running smoothly across local and global markets. Success in this role means accurate product data, on-time execution of commercial requests, efficient invoice and credit note recovery, and minimal supply disruptions — enabling the commercial team to scale while ensuring customers see complete, high-quality product offerings in the app. Salary range for the position is between €21,000 - €31,000 depending on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
