Video Editor and Motion Designer (Contract)

Iru Hooldekodu

About Iru Iru is the AI-powered security & IT platform used by the world’s fastest-growing companies to secure their users, apps, and devices. Built for the AI era, Iru unifies identity & access, endpoint security & management, and compliance automation—collapsing the stack and giving IT & security time and control back. Iru is backed by some of the smartest investors in tech—General Catalyst, Tiger Global, Felicis, Greycroft, and First Round Capital. In July 2024, Iru raised $100 million from General Catalyst, valuing the company at $850 million. Customers include Cursor, Vercel, Lovable, Replit, and Mercor, and Iru partners with industry leaders such as ServiceNow and AWS. Iru was named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startup Employers 2025 list for employee engagement and satisfaction. The Opportunity We have a lot to say, and we’re betting on video to say it. We are looking for a powerhouse video editor & motion designer who lives and breathes post-production—someone who can take raw footage and UI captures and transform them into sharp, high-converting, and visually stunning video assets. While your core craft is in the edit suite—bringing videos to life through seamless pacing, advanced motion graphics, and sophisticated visual polish—you also possess the artistic eye and director’s touch to step behind the camera when needed. A bonus is knowing how to light a room, frame a perfect shot, and direct on-camera talent so the raw footage you start with is top-tier. You can take an approved script and raw footage and turn it into something polished and sharp, with real ownership over the creative choices in between. This is a contract role with the potential to turn into a full time role. It will average 20 hours per week, working out of our Iru office in Coral Gables.

Software Engineer, Connect

Built for the AI era, Iru unifies identity & access, endpoint security & management, and compliance automation—collapsing the stack and giving IT & security time and control back. Customers include Cursor, Vercel, Lovable, Replit, and Mercor, and Iru partners with industry leaders such as ServiceNow and AWS. Iru was named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startup Employers 2025 list for employee engagement and satisfaction. The Opportunity The Connect team is building an integrations platform from scratch. Most integration platforms require hand-written code for each connector. Connect takes a declarative approach: you define connectors as structured specifications, and the platform validates and executes them. Product teams embed integrations through an SDK. End users access them through a separate gateway. The platform handles credential management, execution, and reliability for both paths. As a Software Engineer on this team, you will spend most of your time in the backend: implementing connectors as declarative specs, building services that talk to third-party APIs, and working on the platform infrastructure that makes those integrations reliable. The problems are real and varied: OAuth flows that differ across every provider, webhooks that arrive out of order, rate limits that change without notice. You will also build features in the React and TypeScript frontend. The admin product serves internal operators, and the interfaces you build need to be production-quality. You will carry features from API to interface without a handoff. Expect a split of roughly 70% backend and 30% frontend, stable over time. The role suits engineers who want to grow their backend skills on real infrastructure problems, are comfortable working across the stack, and care about shipping well-built software.

Intra-Company Risk Lead

Wise

Tallinn, eeFull-time4 days ago

About the company Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money. As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. For everyone, everywhere. More about our mission and what we offer . The role Join as a Intra-Company Risk lead who is going to help Wise manage risk not only with external suppliers, but also with Intra‑Company arrangements (services provided by one Wise entity to another). You'll build on an already established foundation of the Third Party Risk framework and controls, and continue developing and embedding the Intra-Company Risk Framework by improving the internal entity lifecycle (onboarding, ongoing oversight, and offboarding between Wise entities) and ensuring consistent, high‑quality execution across regions. You'll partner closely with Third Party Risk Regional Leads, Country Managers, and the broader Third Party Management team, while contributing to global framework discussions to keep local delivery aligned with global policy and best practice. In this role, you'll provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders, coordinate cross‑team initiatives, drive third party and intra‑company risk awareness, and own key components of the TPRM programme to support strong governance, regulatory compliance, and Wise's broader risk and business objectives Qualifications What we are looking for: A Risk or Compliance Mindset: You don't necessarily need to be a TPRM expert, but you should have a background in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Risk within financial services. If you understand how to interpret regulations and translate them into clear, operational steps and controls, you'll thrive here - especially in the context of intra‑company service arrangements. Operational Problem-Solver: You love untangling complex processes. You can look at how different entities or teams interact and find ways to make those workflows more structured, efficient, well‑documented, and compliant—while applying existing TPRM controls appropriately to Intra‑Company relationships. Project Leadership & "Connecting the Dots": Much of this role is about coordination and delivery. We need someone who can manage cross‑functional projects, influence stakeholders across different regions and Wise entities, and keep everyone aligned, while moving the framework forward from its current baseline and continuing its development. Adaptability: Wise moves fast. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of evolving and scaling an established programme as the business grows into new territories, entities, and operating models. Why it's exciting: Build on a strong foundation: You won't be starting from scratch - the core framework setup exists. You'll take what's already in place and develop, improve, and embed it, shaping how Intra‑company risk management works in practice as the domain and Wise scale. High-Stakes Impact: As Wise expands into new products and licences, your work ensures our internal foundations are governed and compliant, with strong oversight and evidence to meet regulatory expectations. A Global Vantage Point: You'll get a front‑row seat to Wise's international growth, working across regions and entities to solve complex, cross‑border puzzles and drive consistent execution at scale. Additional information Salary: starting from 3700 EUR monthly gross and RSU (Restricted stock units). For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive. We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
