Our platforms are designed for real operational environments and are already trusted in the field.</p><p>We develop, manufacture, and integrate mobile autonomous surveillance systems, unmanned surface vessels, and counter-UAS solutions, all connected through AI-powered command-and-control.</p><p>With a talented team of 70+ people, DefSecIntel is headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, with additional manufacturing and maintenance capabilities in Ukraine.</p><p>We work closely with leading international partners including the EU and NATO, and contribute to major defence R&D programmes such as the European Defence Fund.</p><p>Join us to build mission-ready systems for today’s needs and tomorrow’s challenges, and help shape the future of Europe’s security.<br><br><strong>We are looking for an Internal IT Engineer</strong><span> to build and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable internal IT operations, improving endpoint and identity management, automating key workflows, and ensuring our teams have the systems and support they need to work efficiently while meeting security and compliance requirements.</span></p><p></p><p><strong>What you will be doing</strong>:</p><ul><li><p>Design, deploy, and continuously improve our endpoint environment, including device configuration, MDM, patching, encryption, vulnerability management, and secure device posture.</p></li><li><p>Design, deploy, and maintain our identity and access management (IAM) solutions, and manage the full access lifecycle - provisioning during onboarding, access changes when roles change, and secure deprovisioning during offboarding.</p></li><li><p>Manage the lifecycle of internal<span> </span>applications and SaaS services, from implementation through maintenance and eventual deprecation, while ensuring security standards are met.</p></li><li><p>Own the<span> </span>hardware lifecycle, including inventory tracking, procurement, device management, and secure decommissioning.</p></li><li><p>Automate repetitive IT tasks and workflows, including onboarding and offboarding processes, to improve reliability and reduce manual work.</p></li><li><p>Configure and improve our<span> </span>Microsoft environment, with an initial focus on Microsoft Intune for Windows and Microsoft Defender vulnerability management.</p></li><li><p>Support internal teams with day-to-day<span> </span>IT troubleshooting<span> </span>while identifying opportunities to solve recurring issues at the process or system level.</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain clear<span> </span>runbooks, documentation, and IT processes<span> </span>that enable consistent and scalable operations.</p></li><li><p>Support IT audits and compliance activities, including reviewing systems and services against<span> </span>ISO-related requirements.</p></li><li><p>Help maintain strong internal IT service levels and continuously improve the tools, workflows, and processes used across the company.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Around<span> </span>2–3+ years of experience in IT operations<span> </span>within a modern SaaS or technology environment.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Microsoft Intune (Windows device management/MDM, Microsoft Defender (vulnerability management and endpoint security) and Entra ID.</p></li><li><p>Strong hands-on experience with<span> </span>device lifecycle management - endpoint management, MDM, encryption, and device security.</p></li><li><p>Experience administering<span> IAM (</span>identity and access management) systems, SaaS tools, collaboration platforms, service desk workflows, and access review processes.</p></li><li><p>Practical understanding of<span> </span>Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, least-privilege principles, role-based access, vendor access, audit evidence, and secure onboarding/offboarding.</p></li><li><p>Good judgment when balancing<span> </span>security, operational risk, employee experience, cost, and maintainability.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and a habit of producing clear, useful<span> </span>documentation, runbooks, policies, and support notes.</p></li><li><p>A hands-on mindset: you are comfortable resolving IT support issues when needed while keeping your main focus on<span> </span>scalable operations, automation, secure tooling, and service improvement.</p></li><li><p>An interest in improving existing systems rather than simply maintaining them, with the ability to identify where<span> </span>automation can reduce manual work and human error.</p></li><li><p>Strong professional English proficiency (written and spoken).</p></li><li><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong><span> </span>familiarity with ISO 27001, audits and compliance controls; Töökoht Tallinnas. Tootmisettevõttesse otsime lukksepp-koostajat. Tööülesanded: elektriseadmete koostamine poltühenduste abil ning erinevate koostetööde tegemine tootmises. Nõudmised: varasem töökogemus lukksepp-koostajana tuleb kasuks, oskus kasutada käsitööriistu, tehniliste jooniste lugemise oskus tuleb kasuks. Tööaeg: esmaspäevast reedeni kell 08:00–18:00.
