We are looking for an Associate Financial Planning & Analytics Manager to help us drive financial planning, budgeting, and efficiency analysis while leading strategic projects and providing key insights to support business growth and performance within Bolt.

We're looking for an AI & Automations Analyst to build the automation infrastructure that makes Bolt Food's Central Operations meaningfully more efficient across all 16+ markets in Europe and Africa. You'll diagnose where the highest-effort manual work lives, build the automations to eliminate it, and use AI tooling to run analyses that would otherwise take days or not happen at all.

Bolt Food is looking for a bold and driven General Manager to lead our delivery business in the home market Estonia - a fast-paced, high-potential market where we already hold significant market share. The question is no longer "how do we enter or scale?" - it's "how do we win from here?"

We're looking for an Associate Manager, Marketplace Operations, to own Courier Delivery Time (CDT) end-to-end across Bolt Food's 16+ markets in Europe and Africa. This role sits at the intersection of deep data analysis and cross-functional execution. You'll run the analysis yourself in SQL, identify what's driving performance, and work with local, central, and product teams to implement the changes that move the metric.
