We’re looking for a Finance Systems & Processes Analyst to help design and improve the systems, processes and integrations that enable Finance to scale efficiently across Bolt’s markets and products. You’ll work at the intersection of Finance and technology, translating business needs into scalable solutions and helping simplify and automate how Finance operates. You’ll work closely with Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Product, Operations and other cross-functional teams to ensure financial requirements, data flows and controls are built into new systems and workflows from the start. You’ll own key elements of requirements gathering, process design and testing, staying close to implementation through go-live, adoption and continuous improvement.

The role Join Wise’s Quality Assurance team and help us build world-class, scalable operations that keep customers safe and deliver great experiences. In this role, you’ll provide independent, expert assurance over how work is done—spotting risk, identifying control gaps, and turning insights into clear, practical improvements. You’ll balance attention to detail with strong judgement, using data and tools to form well-reasoned conclusions that stand up to scrutiny. You’ll work closely with partners across the business, sharing themes and trends, contributing to consistent decision-making, and helping raise the bar on quality—while keeping pace in a fast-moving environment aligned to our mission of Money Without Borders. We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in AML Investigation, SAR Reporting, Fraud, Sanctions or KYC (EDD/CDD). Key Responsibilities: Conduct holistic, risk-based reviews using test scripts and scorecards to assess risk outcomes, compliance with global and regional policies, relevant guidance and risk appetite. Assess risk, materiality and root causes for each finding, providing clear and robust reasons aligned to policy compliance and/or risk mitigation. Participate in calibration exercises to share findings, best practice and ensure consistent, correct decisions are made across the team. Clearly communicate outcomes to stakeholders covering key risks, issues, root causes, and recommendations, maintaining robust records and audit trails. Analyse, assess and communicate emerging themes and trends, recommending opportunities for continuous improvement. When assigned, scope, plan, and execute root cause analysis or targeted investigations. Contributes to team collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities. Take a proactive approach to consistently achieving individual and team targets (KPIs, SLAs), demonstrating a strong commitment to both quality and speed. Meet deadlines, optimise processing times and take full ownership and accountability to deliver results. Perform additional tasks as assigned by your lead, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach. This includes actively participating in meetings, training, and internal events to support broader team and company objectives. Embody and uphold Wise’s values in daily interactions. Qualifications Professional experience: 2+years of QA or experience of working in a relevant Servicing function (AML Investigation, SAR Reporting, Fraud, KYC - EDD/CDD) for this role. Fluent in English (written and verbal skills) with the ability to clearly articulate your thoughts and recommendations. Self-Development: Takes ownership for personal development, including commitment to develop expertise through industry and trend analysis, regulatory insights, and emerging risk typologies. Functional skills: Quality Assurance methodology: Good understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies and frameworks, including testing procedures, scoring criteria and root cause analysis. Applies consistent standards across all reviews. Risk and Compliance expertise relevant to the function, including the ability to identify and assess risks, interpret and apply policy requirements and guidance, and a good understanding of the regulatory environment applicable to the function. Analytical Skills: Efficient at reviewing and investigating customer files, identifying missing information, issues, trends and root causes, using AI and data as appropriate. Systems and Tools: Competent using case management systems, dashboards, AI tools to support case working and analysis. Understands automation, AI, and is comfortable working with evolving tools and technologies to enhance ways of working. Values & Behaviours Critical thinking: Ability to critically assess information, demonstrate attention to detail, challenge assumptions, dig deeper where required, ask the right questions and connect data across different sources to make informed and risk-based decisions, explaining your rationale to ensure our QA outcomes can withstand audit and regulatory scrutiny. Risk management: Uses facts, data, policy and risk frameworks to support conclusions and assess risk materiality ensuring decisions can be justified. Documentation and communication skills: Clear, constructive and concise written and verbal skills, with ability to explain risks and issues in simple terms in a constructive and actionable manner. Adaptability: Able to keep up with evolving requirements and ongoing changes impacting QA team, policy, guidance, processes and systems. Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
