We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our production team and help shape how our products are built. You will play a key role in transitioning new products into production, improving production processes, and supporting the growth of our production capability.What you will be doing:<ul><li>Support the transition of new products from prototype to production (NPI).</li><li>Develop and improve production processes, tooling, fixtures, and production testing.</li><li>Work directly with products by supporting assembly, configuration, testing, and production readiness.</li><li>Support daily production by resolving technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable improvements.</li><li>Ensure engineering changes, product configurations, and software releases are correctly implemented in production.</li><li>Provide feedback to the Development team to improve manufacturability (DFM), testability (DFT), and production readiness.</li><li>Train and support production personnel on assembly processes and best practices.</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in Production Engineering or a similar role.</li><li>Experience with NPI, manufacturing processes, and production documentation.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems and BOM management.</li><li>Good understanding of electro-mechanical products and production testing.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement.</li><li>Ability to work indepedently, take ownership, and make decisions in a fast-changing environment.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Meaningful work that supports our mission to create a safer and more secure world.</li><li>The opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of innovative technologies and solutions.</li><li>Flexible work arrangements and a supportive company culture that prioritizes work-life balance.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and skills development as the company and projects evolve.</li><li>Recognition for helping grow the team through employee referrals.</li><li>A focus on employee well-being, including access to health- and sports-related benefits.</li><li>Additional 3 health days to rest whenever needed.</li><li>Social activities and team events that strengthen collaboration and team spirit.</li></ul>If you do not meet all the requirements but believe you could still excel in this role, we encourage you to apply regardless.
