With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.</p> <p>Due to our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a <strong>Workplace Services Engineer</strong> to join our team in <strong>Vilnius</strong>.</p> <p>In this role, you will own and continuously improve the workplace technology environment that enables our employees to work securely and efficiently across multiple locations. You will manage day-to-day workplace IT operations, support end-user devices, maintain office infrastructure, and administer collaboration and identity systems.</p> <p>Beyond operational support, you will help evolve our workplace services by introducing automation, improving device management, and implementing scalable solutions such as zero-touch onboarding and offboarding. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors, you will play a key role in enhancing the employee technology experience and ensuring our workplace systems scale with the company’s growth across markets.</p> <p>This role requires occasional travel to our offices in Kaunas, Riga, Gdansk, and the Czech Republic.</p> <p><strong>Ideally, you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in IT support, workplace engineering, or systems administration.</li> <li>Strong expertise managing Windows and macOS environments.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with office networking, VPNs, firewalls, and printers.</li> <li>Experience setting up and supporting meeting room and collaboration technologies such as Cisco Webex, Google Meet, or similar platforms.</li> <li>Familiarity with MDM solutions such as JumpCloud or similar device management tools.</li> <li>Practical experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk).</li> <li>Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including SSO, SAML, OAuth, SWA, LDAP, and API integrations.</li> <li>Experience with vendor management, license management, and procurement of IT equipment and services.</li> <li>Experience implementing or supporting zero-touch IT processes, including automated onboarding and offboarding.</li> <li>Familiarity with automation, scripting, or AI tools to streamline IT operations (Python is a strong advantage), or workflow automation platforms such as Zapier.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills in Lithuanian and English.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactive mindset: Take ownership of improvements and actively identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and the employee technology experience.</li> <li>Automation focus: Continuously look for ways to streamline workflows and improve efficiency through automation.</li> <li>Customer-centric approach: Prioritize employee needs and deliver responsive, high-quality IT support.</li> <li>Mission-oriented: Align IT initiatives with company goals and support business outcomes through effective use of technology.</li> <li>Engineering mindset: Approach challenges systematically with a focus on scalable, long-term solutions—considering incident management, disaster recovery (DR), risk management, and future growth, not just immediate fixes.</li> </ul> <p>If this role excites you, but you don’t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
