This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role for someone who can design, build, and operate reliable data pipelines — and, most importantly, bring strong senior-level dbt expertise to the team.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Owning and evolving core data platform capabilities such as CI/CD, environment management, observability, and access control to ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and easy to build on.</li> <li>Building and owning data pipelines and transformations on our Snowflake-based data platform.</li> <li>Leading the design and implementation of dbt-based ELT, including scalable modelling, testing, and documentation.</li> <li>Developing orchestration, ingestion, and automation solutions using Airflow and Python.</li> <li>Improving developer experience and raising engineering standards across testing, deployment, maintainability, and platform operations.</li> <li>Partnering with analytics and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, secure, production-grade datasets.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’re really looking for?</strong></p> <p>This role is for a Senior Engineer with strong hands-on experience in dbt.
