Global Head of Merchant Strategy & Planning

We are looking for a Global Head of Merchant Strategy & Planning to join our global Merchant team as a key member of Bolt Food’s Commercial HQ. This role is a key pillar of the Merchant leadership team, working in close partnership with the Director Merchant to translate strategy into clear plans, measurable targets, and consistent execution across the organisation. The Merchant team collaborates closely with a wide range of HQ stakeholders and local teams to drive merchant growth, activation, retention, and profitability across our markets.
