This role will own critical areas of the month-end close process, ensure payroll accuracy and compliance, and maintain the integrity of financial reporting. Has worked with distributed systems and has the appetite for large and complex ones. Can self-prioritize, make decisions independently, and support the team’s shared decisions. Chooses and utilizes the right tools, including AI tooling, to get the best result while owning the decisions. Has excellent cooperation and communication skills while being able to consultatively approach the client. Can present, explain, and defend a point of view. Is fluent in English and Estonian.
