Founding Account Manager, Iru Labs (Workplace Products)
Iru Hooldekodu
About Iru Iru is the AI-powered security & IT platform used by the world’s fastest-growing companies to secure their users, apps, and devices. Built for the AI era, Iru unifies identity & access, endpoint security & management, and compliance automation—collapsing the stack and giving IT & security time and control back. Iru is backed by some of the smartest investors in tech—General Catalyst, Tiger Global, Felicis, Greycroft, and First Round Capital. In July 2024, Iru raised $100 million from General Catalyst, valuing the company at $850 million. Customers include Cursor, Vercel, Lovable, Replit, and Mercor, and Iru partners with industry leaders such as ServiceNow and AWS. Iru was named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startup Employers 2025 list for employee engagement and satisfaction. About Iru Labs Iru Labs is Iru's in-house incubator. We take new products built inside Iru and bring them to market as small, founder-led teams, with the funding, brand, and engineering depth of Iru behind them. Each product runs as its own focused motion so it can move fast, find its market, and earn the right to scale. This role sits on one of the first products to come out of Iru Labs: a platform that runs the experience of a physical place from the moment someone walks in. It started with the screens: digital signage across offices, lobbies, retail floors, and hotel rooms. Then it grew a people layer: visitor check-in, digital and printable badges, and building access. It brings the breadth of enterprise digital signage together with the depth of modern visitor and access management in one platform, and sells to the workplace, IT, security, facilities, and operations leaders who own that experience. It also fits with why Iru exists: Iru already governs who and what gets access across users, apps, and devices, and this product extends that to the physical space, from the front-door check-in to who can open which door. The Opportunity This is a rare chance to be an early, founding-style seller on a brand-new product, with the backing and resources of an established, well-funded company behind you. As the founding Account Manager for this product, you'll own the full customer lifecycle: prospecting, the initial sale, onboarding, expansion, and renewal. You won't just close and hand off. You'll land accounts, get sites live, and grow them from a first location to organization-wide. This is a sales-led motion. You'll drive demos, pilots, and rollouts. Your buyers are workplace, IT, security, facilities, and operations leaders. You'll need to know how physical spaces run and what those buyers weigh: the walk-in experience, ease of use, reliability, hardware, rollouts, and security. You'll also work closely with product and engineering, feeding customer signal back into the roadmap as we build a repeatable motion from the ground up and define what Iru Labs looks like in the market.
Software Engineer - Microsoft Business Central Specialist
Wise
About the company Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money. As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. For everyone, everywhere. More about our mission and what we offer . The role Introduction We're looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team and take on a critical role in optimizing and extending our Microsoft Business Central (BC) environment. In this high-impact position, you will contribute to the configuration, customization, and integration of BC to support seamless business operations. You'll play a key role in building robust integrations with third-party applications, managing the underlying infrastructure, and leading our migration to the cloud-based version of BC. If you have hands-on experience with BC development, enjoy solving complex integration challenges, and are passionate about delivering scalable enterprise solutions, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for a strong full-stack engineer with expertise in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Business Central, who thrives on tweaking configurations, deploying updates, and ensuring reliable data flows across our ecosystem. Key Responsibilities What You'll Do Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Business Central using AL (Application Language) or C/AL, including building and maintaining custom pages, reports, and extensions to meet business needs. Design, develop, and deploy integrations between Business Central and third-party applications via APIs (e.g., OData web services, REST APIs), enabling data synchronization for workflows like inventory, finance, and CRM. Manage and optimize the Microsoft SQL Server database that powers Business Central, ensuring data integrity, performance tuning, high availability, and compliance with best practices. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for efficient deployment, testing, and versioning of BC customizations and extensions. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Lead the planning and execution of our migration from on-premises Business Central to the cloud (SaaS) version, including data migration, configuration transfer, and minimal downtime strategies. Uphold security, reliability, and monitoring standards for BC environments, including role-based access, audit trails, and proactive issue resolution. Participate in on-call rotations as needed to support production systems and contribute to process improvements for faster incident response. Qualifications Requirements Strong proficiency in Microsoft Business Central development, including configuration, extension building, and customization using AL/C/AL. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server management, including querying, indexing, backup/recovery, and performance optimization. Expertise in CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, PowerShell scripting) for deploying and managing BC updates and extensions. Proven track record in building API-based integrations (RESTful, SOAP, OData) with third-party systems, such as Salesforce, Shopify, or custom apps. A strong product mindset with a focus on user experience, including designing intuitive extensions and workflows within BC. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to break down complex problems into actionable milestones that deliver quick value. Curiosity and drive for continuous learning, especially around Microsoft ecosystem updates and cloud technologies. Familiarity with ERP concepts and business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain) is essential. Qualifications We recognize that few candidates will have every skill listed, and we're committed to supporting your growth. If you meet most of these and are excited to dive deeper into Business Central, we'd love to talk! Nice-to-Haves Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations or other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Knowledge of cloud migration strategies for Business Central, including Azure-based deployments and hybrid setups. Proficiency in Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI) for enhancing BC workflows. Background in agile methodologies and version control with Git. Additional information For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive. We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
