Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance. Participate in evaluating candidates’ competencies. The team works across infrastructure and operations units to improve visibility, consistency, and scalable ways of working, without owning or operating platforms directly. This is a small, highly focused team responsible for improving existing processes, supporting internal R&D and cross‑team projects, and establishing well‑governed practices.
