Qualifications You'll Excel in This Role If You Have: At least 5 years of work experience in this role, with involvement in 2-3 different large-scale and complex systems projects. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, and MS Fabric). Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, Flyte). Experience with data transformation and ETL/ELT tools (dbt, Talend, AWS Glue, and Matillion). Experience with data streaming and processing technologies (Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, Spark). Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Data Warehouse modeling methodologies (Kimball and Data Vault). Experience with DevOps and GitOps practices, especially for enforcing data governance, security, and automated compliance rules. Strong SQL and Python skills, with proven experience building and maintaining data pipelines or platform services. Previous experience with AI development tools. Willingness to connect and communicate directly with the customer side. Desire to find the best possible solutions. You are motivated, self-directed, and proactive. Great cooperation and communication skills. Very good written and spoken English. Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT. The role Finance Business Partner - Servicing Due to continued and rapid growth we’re on the hunt for a Finance Business Partner to join our FP&A team in Tallinn. You’ll be part of the team that helps pilot the rocket ship. Your mission: You will be a strategic partner to senior stakeholders in the Servicing team (including Customer Support, Financial Crime, and KYC), helping them scale costs effectively and proactively identify insights to support decision making.
