You will act as a key technical link between Product Development and Manufacturing, taking ownership of manufacturing readiness, driving the introduction of new products into production, and improving how we build and scale our products.</span></p><p></p><p><strong>What you will be doing</strong>:</p><ul><li><p><span>Lead the introduction of new products into production (NPI), ensuring manufacturing readiness and a smooth transition from development to production.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Establish and maintain production documentation, including work instructions, assembly instructions, electrical schematics, test procedures, and production standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, working methods, tooling, fixtures, and production testing to support efficient and scalable production.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide technical leadership in resolving complex and day-to-day manufacturing issues, supporting Production Management and driving sustainable engineering improvements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage engineering changes, product configurations, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) throughout the product lifecycle, including maintaining product data in the ERP system.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with Product Development to drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT), supporting prototype builds and preparing products for serial production.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify and drive opportunities to improve manufacturing performance, quality, reliability, efficiency, cost, and scalability.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.</span></p></li><li><p><span>3+ years of experience in Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialization, or a similar role.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with ERP systems and BOM management, as well as CAD/PDM/PLM tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good understanding of electro-mechanical products, technical documentation, electrical schematics, work instructions, and production testing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience improving production processes, solving technical manufacturing issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work independently, take ownership, drive ideas through to completion, and make sound decisions in a fast-changing production environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong team player with initiative, confidence, and a big-picture mindset.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have</strong>:</p><ul><li><p><span>Experience working in low-volume, high-mix, or regulated manufacturing environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with defence, aerospace, robotics, or other complex electro-mechanical products.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong>:</p><ul><li><p>Meaningful work that supports our mission to create a safer and more secure world</p></li><li><p>The opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of innovative technologies and solutions</p></li><li><p>Flexibility in how and where you work, depending on role and project needs</p></li><li><p>Opportunities for professional growth and skills development as the company and projects evolve</p></li><li><p>Recognition for helping grow the team through employee referrals</p></li><li><p>A focus on employee well-being, including access to health- and sports-related benefits</p></li><li><p>Social activities and team events that strengthen collaboration and team spirit</p></li></ul><p><span>If you do not meet all the requirements but believe you could still excel in this role, we encourage you to apply regardless.
