Senior Program Manager, Commerce

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the Commerce Operations organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes that power Bolt’s internal monetisation platform, working across Billing, Payments, Identity & Risk, and Revenue Assurance in 50+ markets. Our Commerce platform processes billions of transactions annually and supports six Verticals: Rides, Food Delivery, Grocery, Rentals, Scooters, and Bolt Business. You will operate at the intersection of this platform and external partners, including payment processors, fiscal authorities, regulators, and strategic vendors, ensuring scalable and compliant monetisation capabilities that enable sustainable growth.
