Working closely with BI, Data Engineering and Data Science, you will design and run our data models, transitioning raw ingested data into high-performance, analytics-ready assets. This role is perfect for a technical specialist who enjoys the "engineering" side of analytics, applying best practices to data transformation and ensuring our Snowflake+AWS native infrastructure is scalable, cost-effective, and reliable.</span></p><p><strong id="docs-internal-guid-58ec3417-7fff-1f24-137a-429e4390f96f"><br></strong></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-58ec3417-7fff-1f24-137a-429e4390f96f">What you will be doing</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Build and maintain the end-to-end transformation logic from Raw to Business-Ready (Gold) tables on our Snowflake DataWarehouse.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and monitor complex data workflows using dbt (running on Airflow), ensuring consistency, high availability and timely data delivery.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with the BI team to ensure data models are optimized for Tableau performance and ease of use.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Play a key role in the rearchitecture efforts on our data platform as we move towards a Lakehouse on AWS (Iceberg, Glue, Athena) while getting the most out of Snowflake; ensuring efficient compute usage and storage.<strong id="docs-internal-guid-58ec3417-7fff-1f24-137a-429e4390f96f"><br><br></strong></span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-58ec3417-7fff-1f24-137a-429e4390f96f">What we are looking for</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>You have expert-level SQL skills with a good understanding of dimensional modeling (Kimball) and Data Vault 2.0 principles.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Significant experience building production-grade models in dbt and managing DAGs within Airflow.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including understanding of virtual warehouses, clustering, and RBAC security.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience preparing and optimizing data sources for Tableau.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with Apache Iceberg (or similar formats like Delta/Hudi) to manage large-scale datasets.</span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-58ec3417-7fff-1f24-137a-429e4390f96f"><br></strong></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-58ec3417-7fff-1f24-137a-429e4390f96f">What we consider a plus</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Legacy System Migration: Experience extracting data from Azure SQL Server or workflows running on Azure Data Factory is a big plus. The role Are you ready to shape the future of payments in Latin America, Middle East & Africa and beyond? We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Regional Payment Operations to lead our teams across Latin American and Middle East & African corridors. You’ll play a key leadership role within our global Payment Operations group, directly managing senior function leads and indirectly overseeing over 40+ professionals. This role is perfect for someone with deep knowledge of payment systems, and a passion for automation, compliance, and operational scalability. You’ll work alongside Product, Engineering, Banking, Treasury, and other critical stakeholders to ensure we deliver seamless payment services to customers across the world. What You’ll Do: • Build, lead and grow high-performing payment operations teams • Ensure compliance and SLA excellence across multiple currencies and schemes • Drive efficiency and scalability through AI, automation, and process transformation • Partner cross-functionally to scale our payments infrastructure What You’ll Need: • 5+ years in payment ops or a similar field, 3+ years leading other leaders • Fintech, banking, or Service design experience • Expertise in Payments and regulatory frameworks • Passion for operational efficiency and team development Location: Sao Paulo OR Tallinn Qualifications Must-Have: • 5+ years total in payments or ops leadership roles in a Global environment • 3+ years managing leaders of teams • Domain knowledge of payment schemes • Experience scaling ops orgs via automation and AI • Strong compliance and risk management awareness • Background in financial services (FinTech, PSPs, banks) • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder communication Nice-to-Have: • Product background or experience launching payment products • AI/ML or automation tools experience in ops • Technical understanding of APIs or system architecture • Led international teams or expansion projects Additional information Salary: 5,550 - 7,450 EUR gross monthly + RSUs For everyone, everywhere.
