<p>Our <strong>Customer Integration Team</strong> is looking for a <strong>Solution Architect</strong> to bridge the gap between engineering and sales by turning technical capabilities into smart, customer-focused solutions. </p><p>In this role, you’ll work closely with sales, engineering teams, and customers to define competitive and technically sound proposals for new opportunities. You’ll act as a key translator between customer needs and our technical offering – ensuring clarity, efficiency, and alignment in every bid. </p><p>If you're driven by both technology and strategy and enjoy working at the intersection of business and engineering, we’d love to hear from you! </p><p>This is a highly cross-functional role combining deep technical understanding with business and customer-facing responsibilities. </p><h5>What you'll be doing: </h5><ul><li><p>Lead the definition of technical solutions for customer proposals and new business opportunities. </p></li><li><p>Collaborate with sales and capture teams to align customer expectations with technical feasibility. </p></li><li><p>Act as the main technical point of contact during the pre-sales and bidding process. </p></li><li><p>Prepare and review solution concepts, system configurations, and technical documentation. </p></li><li><p>Recommend the engineering scope of work for the bid and delivery phases. </p></li><li><p>Coordinate input across engineering, product, project, and finance teams. </p></li><li><p>Ensure all technical aspects of the offer comply with customer and industry standards. </p></li><li><p>Contribute to workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements. </p></li><li><p>Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation. </p></li></ul><h5>You are a good fit if you have the following: </h5><ul><li><p>5+ years of technical or leadership experience (e.g., systems engineering, product development, solution design) in defense, robotics, or deep-tech industries. </p></li><li><p>A strong interdisciplinary understanding of software, hardware, and electronics domains. </p></li><li><p>The ability to manage complex solution architectures and understand system-level design. </p></li><li><p>Strong business acumen - ability to balance technical feasibility with commercial aspects such as pricing, scope definition, and trade-offs in customer solutions. </p></li><li><p>Highly proactive and confident in customer-facing technical discussions, with a strong drive to push topics forward and get things done. </p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel internationally (typically short trips, ~1–3 times per month). </p></li><li><p>Experience with cross-functional collaboration and strong stakeholder management skills. </p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset when working with ambiguous or incomplete requirements. </p></li><li><p>A higher education degree in a relevant technical field. </p></li><li><p>Fluency in English, both written and spoken. </p></li></ul><h5>What we offer: </h5><ul><li><p>Opportunities to implement your thoughts and ideas with a dedicated and innovative team. </p></li><li><p>Opportunities for self-development in an ambitious Global company with colleagues and leaders who believe in the potential of the high-tech industry. </p></li><li><p>Opportunities to contribute to shaping the future of the world. </p></li><li><p>Support in-house career steps and sporting options or health insurance, extra free days and leave, work in international teams, and flexible working options, etc. </p></li></ul><p><strong> Location: Tallinn</strong> or <strong>Warsaw</strong>.
